Welcome to Rideez, a platform developed and managed by Azarr Apps LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rideez platform, including the Rideez mobile app, website, and related services.

Rideez is a digital marketplace that connects vehicle and home owners ("Hosts") with renters ("Guests") seeking flexible, secure rental options.

• Rideez is free to use — no subscription required.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe multi payment gateway.
• A billing address may be collected for payment verification.
• Cancellations within 48 hours qualify for a full refund (depending on host policy).
• Earn Rideez Points on every order and unlock rewards.
• Enable biometric verification for added payment security.

• Respect each host's rules and policies.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with hosts.
• Cancel bookings responsibly and within policy timelines.
• Provide valid identification for verification when required.

Guests can choose to make parts of their profile visible, including:

• Username, profile picture, followings, social links and highlights
• Trip highlights (posts, threads, reposts)
• Likes and engagement stats
• Followers and following count
• Travel Journal posts and experiences shared with the Rideez community

Rideez provides a safe, interactive communication system allowing users to:

• Chat directly with hosts, support, or friends
• Create and manage support tickets
• Create group chats, share images, and run polls
• Like, share, comment, and vote on highlights
• Report inappropriate content or behavior
• Send tips or appreciation to hosts

• Earn rewards for every completed booking.
• Participate in reward-based ad programs to earn extra points and perks.

Access and manage all reservations from the Reservations Tab:

• View and track active and past bookings
• Cancel or modify reservations
• Download invoices and receipts

Easily search and filter listings using the integrated Google Map. Search includes:

• Listings
• Order history
• Chat history
• Saved favorites

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate platform policies
• Provide fraudulent or misleading information
• Engage in suspicious or abusive activity

You may also choose to deactivate or delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any dispute or claim will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Jamaican law.

We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Rideez platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
